Confiscation of Criminal Assets: European and National Perspectives

The conference is part of a research project funded by the European Commission, run by universities from Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands and Romania under the coordination of the University of Ferrara, Italy. More information concerning the project is available here.
The conference will consist of two modules, the first being devoted to the analysis of issues of Romanian and European law, and the second one on the presentation of the national reports from the states represented by the universities involved in the project.
The conference proceedings will be held in English and French, without simultaneous translation, and will take place in the Aula Magna of Babes-Bolyai University (1 M. Kogălniceanu Street, Cluj-Napoca).

The conference is in the process of being accredited with 7 INPPA professional points.
