FIDE XXX CONGRESS

The Bulgarian Association for European Law (BAEL – Българска асоциация за eвропейско право) has presided over FIDE since 2021 and is organising the next Congress, which will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria, between 31 May and 3 June 2023.
The topics, chosen taking into consideration their general interest, topicality and relevance for the process of European integration, will be as follows:
I – Mutual Trust, Mutual Recognition and the Rule of Law, for details questionnaire here
By March 31, 2022, the coordinates and name of the national rapporteur must be sent to the organizers of the event. Based on the questionnaire, the national rapporteur must send the report by August 31
II – The new geopolitical dimension of the EU competition and trade policies
III – European Social Union
The Congress will also include a Young FIDE Seminar, a one-day seminar prior to the congress. This offers PhD researchers the opportunity to present their work and converse with other young European lawyers, both academics and practitioners.
