The scientific event will bring together prominent personalities from Romania as well as international specialists who will address issues regarding the challenges with the current Europe’s largest humanitarian crisis in Ukraine since the 1990s, the obstacles in protecting human rights and safeguarding the rule of law, social and legal perspectives in central and local government, the impact of the new technologies in a post pandemic era and teaching methods and non-formal, appreciative didactics and ethical values in and about crises.
The conference is intended to be a debate, generating solutions to the issues raised of the current legal and socio-economic context.
The event will take place in a dual system, both physically and online.
